How do I book a session?
Sessions can be booked by first purchasing a session or package via the Store page and then scheduling the session via the Bookings page. All appointments must be prepaid to be confirmed.
Is a referral required to access the studio?
While the Studio primarily welcomes clients through personal recommendation, those without a referral are invited to book a 15-minute discovery call to explore whether the Studio is the right fit.
Is the studio suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. Every journey begins with a personal wellness consultation as part of our introductory offering, allowing us to understand your body, goals, and movement history. From there, each one-to-one session is thoughtfully tailored to meet you exactly where you are — whether you’re new to Pilates, Recovery tech, Health Coaching or refining an established practice/habits.
What is the studio cancellation policy?
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to amend or release a booking. Sessions cancelled within this window, or unattended appointments, are charged in full.
