THE APPROACH
The Pinja Daniela APPROACH
The Pinja Daniela Approach is a refined 1:1 method designed to restore what modern urban life takes away. It integrates movement, recovery and behaviour change into a seamless experience - supporting sustained strength, high-performance, nervous-system regulation and long-term vitality in the modern urban environment.
This is not about escaping the city. It’s about giving the body the antidote, consistently.
Intelligent Movement
Classical Pilates
A complete system of intelligent movement designed to strengthen, realign and support the body as a whole. Rooted in precision and control, Classical Pilates builds deep strength, improves alignment and posture, and enhances resilience - suitable for every body, at every stage of life.
-
“Classical” Pilates refers to the original method developed by Joseph Pilates a complete, structured system with a clear order and purpose behind every movement, focusing on breath, control, concentration, centering, precision, and flow.
The Classical method uses the full range of original apparatus (e.g. Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector, and Barrels) rather than only mat work or the Reformer, as Pilates is known for today.
It was traditionally designed as a one-to-one practice, allowing sessions to be precisely guided and tailored to the individual.
-
Not at all. Sessions are fully private and individually guided. Whether you are new to Pilates or experienced, the work is adapted to your body, ability, and goals, progressing you in the Pilates system as you develop.
-
Classical Pilates is for everyBODY —regardless of age, gender, sex, background, or level of experience. The work is fully individual and adaptable, making it suitable for those new to movement as well as those with an established practice. Each session is shaped around your unique structure, needs, and goals, ensuring The Method meets you where you are and evolves with you over time.
Regenerative Recovery
Red Light Therapy
Delivers the regenerative wavelengths of sunrise and sunset light indoors. These wavelengths increase cellular energy production and blood circulation - supporting improved tissue repair, reducing inflammation and enhancing energy - without heat or UV exposure.
Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy
Recreates the grounding effect of the Earth’s electromagnetic field, supporting healthy cellular communication and nervous-system regulation. It helps the body shift into a parasympathetic state, where repair and restoration naturally occur.
-
PEMF and Red-Light Therapy (also known as photobiomodulation) are supported by a substantial and growing body of scientific research across clinical and wellness settings. There are hundreds of peer-reviewed studies on PEMF, and over a thousand published papers on photobiomodulation, exploring their potential roles in cellular function, circulation, tissue repair, muscle recovery, and nervous-system regulation. These technologies are widely used in medical, sports, and performance environments worldwide.
If you wish to dive deeper into the mechanism of how these work and the research, please visit HERE for Light Therapy and HERE for PEMF Therapy. Pinja Daniela Studio uses industry leader Celler8’s devices for both therapies.
-
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) and Red Light Therapy (RLT) both work on a cellular level, but through different mechanisms. When used together, they complement one another PEMF energises your cells and improves circulation, while RLT delivers light energy that can further support tissue health and repair.
The result? A powerful, duo designed to help your body perform and recover at its best.
-
Movement challenges the body; recovery allows it to adapt and rebuild. Recovery therapies can be used either before or after Pilates to up-regulate the nervous system and prepare the body for focused, purposeful movement, or to down-regulate afterward, supporting deep restoration and integration.
By pairing Pilates with recovery, each session balances performance and renewal, helping progress feel sustainable while supporting long-term nervous-system health and overall resilience.
-
Recovery therapies are designed for individuals seeking deeper restoration, nervous-system regulation, and enhanced recovery alongside their movement practice. They are especially suited to those with demanding lifestyles, high stress levels, or a desire to support long-term resilience and wellbeing.
For safety and care, these therapies may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, a history of epilepsy, or are under active medical treatment, you are kindly invited to begin with a Discovery Call so your recovery can be discussed and tailored with care. Your comfort and wellbeing are always the priority.
HEALTHY HABITS
Health Coaching
Wellbeing does not begin and end in the studio. Personalised health coaching supports sustainable habits around movement, recovery and lifestyle - building clarity, balance and longevity in everyday life.
-
Health Coaching is a personalised, holistic approach to wellbeing focused on creating sustainable behavioural change across the mind and body. Unlike a nutritionist, who may provide meal plans, or a trainer, who may prescribe workouts, this work looks at the systems around your health — your schedule, stress patterns, routines, environment, and daily decision-making.
For example, if healthy eating is a focus, a session may involve walking through a grocery shop together to learn how to read labels, organising your fridge for ease and visibility, or creating a simple meal-prep routine that fits your schedule.
Each session is practical, personalised to your goals and needs, and grounded in everyday life. One week may focus on reviewing your schedule and stress load, another on simplifying food choices, or refining sleep hygiene and work rhythms. The aim is always to translate intention into clear, realistic habits that stick long-term —so wellbeing becomes something you live, not something you manage.
-
Research on habit formation shows it typically takes longer than the popular “21 days” myth to embed new behaviours into daily life. In a landmark study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology by Dr. Phillippa Lally and colleagues at University College London, participants took an average of 66 days for a new behaviour to become automatic (range varied from 18 to 254 days depending on the individual and the behaviour).
This 12-week timeframe aligns with that evidence: it allows sufficient time for new routines around movement, recovery, sleep, stress management, and other habits to take root, be reinforced, and become sustainable — supporting changes that feel natural and lasting rather than short-lived.
-
The Transformation Method is a 12-week, 360° wellness journey integrating movement, recovery, and behavioural health coaching to support strength, nervous-system regulation, and sustainable lifestyle change.
Each week follows a simple, consistent structure:
2 × Revive sessions (Pilates + Recovery) to build physical capacity and support restoration.
1 × Health Coaching session to translate studio progress into practical habits for everyday life.
The journey unfolds through four intentional phases:
Phase 1 — Clarity & Direction: Exploring how different areas of your life influence your health (not limited only to movement, sleep & nutrition as wellness generally viewed as) then defining clear, realistic goals.
Phase 2 — Regulation & Foundations: Creating supportive structures across daily life, such as boundaries around work and rest, stress management strategies, and environmental or routine adjustments that promote balance and recovery.
Phase 3 — Integration & Habit Formation: Building repeatable habits that align with your lifestyle, including movement routines, personal rituals, scheduling practices, and systems that support consistency. Ensuring each habit sticks.
Phase 4 — Review & Continuity: Reflecting on physical progress and life patterns, and establishing a clear framework for continued support, ongoing training, or independent practice.

Health Coaching is for individuals seeking meaningful, long-term change in how they live, work, and care for their health. It is suited to those who value structure, reflection, and guided practical support in building sustainable, long-term habits that align with their personal goals, lifestyle demands, and overall wellbeing — beyond short-term fixes or rigid plans.
