Your beginning at Pinja Daniela Studio starts with THE INTRO. The purpose is to understand your body and mind as a whole, including alignment, movement patterns and lifestyle context. After completion, you will continue into the pathway best suited to your goals and needs.
You are introduced to the full Pinja Daniela Approach — a thoughtful integration of Classical Pilates, Advanced Recovery Therapies, and Personalised Health Coaching.
THE INTRO starts with a 30 minute Personal Wellness Consultation, followed by 3 private sessions at the studio.
Includes:
1× 30min Personal Wellness Consultation
3 × 75-minute private sessions, each including
50 min 1:1 Classical Pilates using full studio apparatus
20 min Red-Light & PEMF recovery
Post-session wellness drink
